I have been watching this wiki for awhile and notice that vandalism and inappropriate pages end up staying here too long due to not having an active administrator. A: I rarely have encountered anything that I would consider a conflict. Usually more just heated debate, and in which case I usually just trying to rationally lay down my opinion on the appropriate talk page and keep an open mind about the other persons opinion and see if we can't come to either a compromise or some sort of agreement on which opinion is the one we should go with.

A: Yes, I once vandalised the Igbo WikiQuote interface - during my early days as a Newbie Wikimedian. Thanks to individuals and experienced Wikimedians in my community, I was immediately called to order with an immediate one-on-one tutorial and training on the best practices of contributing and editing across the Wikimedia projects. As an Igbo Wikipedia Admin, I want to be able to resolve this kind of situation (which usually occurs among newbies and might even get them blocked and demotivated) which I believe would be beneficial to newbies and also to the Igbo Wikipedia.
